Annual General Meeting

Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Stockton Bowling Club

10am on Saturday 30th October 2021 at the Clubhouse, 122 Mitchell Street Stockton. 2295

The Annual General Meeting will now also be held online as physical attendance by Members at the Clubhouse is subject to Public Health Order considerations and therefore the Board has had to provide for this situation.

Even though Members may not be able to attend the Club due to current COVID-19 restrictions, the AGM will continue as planned, as the business of the Club must continue, and the important and necessary AGM concluded using the same systems and protocols as set out in this AGM Notice of Meeting/Agenda below.

Members who wish to attend online rather than attend in person, must register beforehand by email to [email protected] This is to ensure that we are able to control access to eligible persons only, and in doing so, seek to preserve the integrity of our meeting.

Members who register their attendance will be issued a link to log on from 9.30am for a 10.00am AGM start. Should you have any questions, please contact Tracey Aria on 02 4920 1999 or at the above email address.

Voting, where necessary, will also be by electronic means. Questions and consideration of any other items of business that may be brought forward in accordance with the Constitution at the meeting will be facilitated.  It will, of course, be a little less fluid than usual, and we ask for Members’ patience on the day. The Board is certain that an effective meeting can be run, as has been undertaken by many other organisations in these challenging times.
